How to reserve a site:

Reservations will be taken on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Can I reserve a site if I need to sell my own property?
If you are selling your own home, you will be able to reserve a site and will be granted 4 weeks to get to a sale agreed status.

Sales Procedure
1.Bill McCann Estate Agency staff will be pleased to advise on Site Availability.

2.We must ask you to lodge with us a site reservation fee of £2,000 (£500 non-refundable) payable to Kesh Road Developments Ltd with balance 10% deposit required on signing the contract.

3.You will be granted 6 weeks to sign and return the contract documents.

4.After 6 weeks, if a reservation extension cannot be granted, the site must return to ‘available’ status.
