DC 006B is currently under construction and will provide new build units ranging from 15,000 – 30,000 sq ft.

The space will be delivered in Q4 2025 and will be finished to the following specification:

- Combination of roller shutter doors and dock levellers  

- Power floated concrete floors
- 8 meters eaves
- LED lighting
- 3 phase power
- EV charging available
