The Auctioneering firm was established by John D Palmer in 1923. The current principle Donald Palmer took over the running of the firm from his father, Harry Palmer, in 1968 and worked for many years with his brother John Palmer, who later ran a successful auctioneering business in Tramore, Co. Waterford until his retirement in 2002. There are now five members of the Palmer family working within the business. Warren Palmer has extensive experience and expertise in residential sales. He has an amazing encyclopaedic knowledge of the locality and an in-depth understanding of how to sell property effectively. Donald Palmer has over 40 years’ experience in property and an unrivalled knowledge of the market in Waterford. Derek Palmer has a wealth of commercial selling experience after a long career with the multinational group Diageo. Keith Palmers’ background in IT has proved invaluable in helping to update the office. Guy Palmer is responsible for retail lettings.
