Founded in 1988 by James Hagan with the assistance of his brother-in-law Nigel Simpson, Hagan Homes has grown to become one of Northern Irelands largest homebuilders.
 
Over their 30 year history, they have built over 4000 homes across the country including developments such as Enler Village in Comber, Fairview Farm in Ballyclare, Ballyveigh in Antrim as well as the award winning development The Rocks in Portrush.

Looking to the future, Hagan Homes has recently announced their plans to build 2000 new homes over the next ten years, as part of an ambitious £300 million development programme.
